EkoScroll boilers are fully automatic heating boilers with fuel feeder for both fuel brown coal and wooden pellets. These boilers are popular especially because of high-quality heat exchanger which achieves high efficiency in burning.
The first boilers of this type were manufactured with both cast iron and sheet steel heat exchangers and they were also manufactured with fire grade for manually burning system. The very first automatic boiler had a cast iron body and it had standard retort burner. The boilers were fitted with really simple controller. The boilers were modernised and it had a universal retort burner which could burn brown coal and wooden pellets. The boiler was fitted with modern controller which could controll the heating system of burning much better.
The next model of boilers EkoScroll had sheet steel body with vertical heat exchargers and it had a universal rotating retort burner which could burn the fuel in much higher efficiency. The boiler had much better results in burning brown coal and wooden pelelts aswell. The boiler had lower emission fumes and it had much higher efficiency than the very first one with the cast iron body. That was the main reason for developing and innovation of EkoScroll boilers with sheet steel body. The result of the innovation are the boilers nowadays. As a result of the development, the first automatic coal boilers were placed into the emission class 5. This was a a output line of 19, 25, 28, 32, 38, 42 and 49 kW. Output series 60 and 76 kW meet the 4th emission class parameters. Certification of these boilers was done in 2014 at the State Testing Institute SZU Brno. The highest measured efficiency for these boilers was up to 93.1%.
In the next phase, the company focused on the development of a more affordable automatic boiler. These boilers were placed in the emission class 4 during certification at the SZU Brno at the end of 2014. It is an output range of 25, 32, 40 and 49 kW.
The latest products are automatic pellet boilers with a modern burner with automatic ignition and extinguishing.
